The Team

A group stands in front of construction equipment within the Salt Lake westside business district, posing for a photo on a cloudy day at the site of an all-electric mixed-use development.

A promise made is a promise kept

At the Larry H. Miller Company, we’re not only about creating the places where life takes place, we’re driven by a desire to fulfill big promises on behalf of the wider community. Our extensive capabilities and resources allow us to realize large-scale projects such as the Power District. And our overarching mission means the Power District will be good for Salt Lake City and our state, elevating the wider Utah community in a way that enriches lives.

The power of working together

It is fitting that a place where so many good things are coming together — city and river, work life and home life, heritage and future — is also a place where diverse community interests are joining hands. The vision for the Power District is shared and supported by the State of Utah, Salt Lake City and Westside community leadership. And it aligns with and is helping to advance long-standing master plans for the Westside and the Jordan River. The Power District is a community being built by a community.

Talk about a plan coming together.
